Purpose:
The forum will feature an innovative panel that enlists diverse independent voices to explore the question “What does it mean to be a man?” with a focus on the African-American community in the 21st century. The panel will encourage reflection on how culture, racism, economics and American history have influenced how black manhood is shaped and perceived.
